Arapata,
born and raised in New Zealand, is a Maori and adopted Lakota.
He has lived in Hawaii where he performed traditional Maori and
Polynesia chants and dances. Arapata has extensive experience
sharing his cultural heritage through workshops and performances
and he has worked on multicultural issues and indigenous community
development. His powerful warrior voice adds a rich and spiritual
